In your opinion what is the main difference between Aboriginal and Western society?

Alexander Kaye from USA Aboriginal culture clearly has a deeper spiritual connection with it's native lands.
Andrew from Australia Where can I start. Massive cultural differences.
Antti Kässi from Finland The views and prospects on life and nature have developed almost completely differently but if one is to point just one big thing I'd say religion.
Brent Groover from USA A shame that Western society cannot learn from aboriginal society. Western society is too complex and people have lost touch with their spirits. Aboriginal society is simple honorable and pure and unchanged.
Anonymous from USA I don't know.
Anonymous We lost our ways of our ancestors they haven't much.
Cindy from USA Abuse of the land
Claudiu Oros from Romania The Aboriginal people have remained in contact with the old ways that bind us to the land and nature that make us live the proper way Western society in the rush for better life for more luxury has forgotten all that has been learned for so many eons and is on a collision course with a sad fate.
Edward Maldonado from USA The view of the world around them. Western society places too much importance on the individual and forgets about the community. By community I mean our relationships to the land animals etc.
Gerry from South Africa Western society has lost the ability to stop smell the roses and appreciate the wonderful and amazing elements of the world that were given to us by a greater power that we will never be able to comprehend.
Anonymous from Brazil Crops are taste and what have additional despite different directions as living human other times
Hugh from Canada They were here first
James from USA Technology. The Aboriginal people seem to have a much simpler way of life that respects the environment they dwell in while maintaining it at the same time.
Jaroslav from Czech Republic Western society based on materialism not aboriginal culture.
Jefferson Svengsouk from USA Aspects of life and society that are considered valuable.
Joel from USA A key difference is likely the connection to place.
Joellen from USA They don't want what we have. we want everything even if they are standing in our way.
John from USA Modern society is too busy poking into other societies business.
Anonymous Culture
John from USA Perhaps the idea of communal living. Many in Western society is about the "me" not the "us".
Jon Baldovin from USA I don't know.
Justin Ivey from USA Respect
Katerina from Czech Republic Western society- lost of sensitivity
Kathleen from USA Possessions. Traditional Aborigines value the experience not the things associated with the experience.
Larry Choate from USA Respect for heritage and land
Anonymous Materialism
Leah from USA Values.
Anonymous A calm society versus a frantic society
Matt Dix from Australia Love of the land respect for all & everything.
Michael from USA Respect for the land nature and the environment.
Paula from USA Most people in western society see the Aborigine as one distinct group without unique tribal or individual identity who choose or are unable to be an equal part of "society". I do not know how the many individuals who are labeled aborigine view "western" society.
Roger from USA The abs don't rely on computers
Romano from Italy Sono culture talmente diverse e talmente antiche nel tempo che è difficile fare dei paragoni
Scott from USA They live in a more spiritual world connected with universal energies. We live mostly in a physical world totally numb to the spiritual and energy levels of the universe.
Sharon from USA My opinion is that the Aboriginal society is far more in tune with the Mother Earth and in keeping with respect for the sacred lands while western society seeks to exploit it.
Stephen Martin from USA What they live for.. purpose..
Steve from Australia Aboriginal people don't have the same sense of material possessions and individual ownership as western society.
Anonymous Togetherness
